Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival & Noble Silence

Welcome at Kopan Monastery, orientation, introduction to meditation posture and technique, begin noble silence period.

Day 2-4

Mindfulness Immersion

Daily schedule of sitting meditation, walking meditation, dharma talks, mindful eating. Complete silence observed throughout.

Day 5-6

Vipassana Practice

Intensive Vipassana body-scan meditation, group sessions, one-on-one teacher guidance, Tibetan singing bowl healing.

4

Day 7

Loving-Kindness & Integration

Metta (loving-kindness) meditation, breaking of noble silence, sharing circle, final dharma talk, and closing ceremony.
